From 14.30 hrs to 17.30 hrs (For BMC Bidders/vendors)

Email support - Working hours 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Emails response time - Within 24 Hours (Monday to Friday)
Tele Support - Working hours 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Support will not be available on Public Holidays & weekly offs (Saturday-Sunday)
