Fire NOC/Compliance:MOH/Sr.Insp/SE Login 2.Using Employee Login:For Employees>>Employee Portal>>Login>>Fire Safty Compliance Tab. |
| 3.Select department from drop-down (License/Health(MOH)/B&F) |
| 4.Enter Health/Trade/Factory application number |
| 5.Display the License details. |
| 6.If user has previous license, user may upload the same by selecting ‘Yes’ option and choose file from local system. |
| 7.User may upload diagram sketch if any. |
| 8.User can remove attached document by clicking on “Remove Attachment” button and re-upload new file. |
| 9.After proper attachment, click on “Upload” button. |
| 10.Finally click on “Submit” button. |
| 11.After submission, fire NOC application number will be generated. |
| 12.Email will be triggered to respective Divisional Fire Officer. |

| 14.Using Employee Login:For Employees>>Employee Portal>>Login>>MyWorkList>>Web Request>>Search/Edit>>Demand Letter For Scrutiny Fee: |
| 15.Select Built-up area. |
| 16.System will display Scrutiny fee automatically. |
| 17.System will redirect you to Scrutiny Fees Pay Using - Online payment thorugh portal |
| 18.After Sucessfully Scrutiny fee payment >system generate Receipt. |
| 19.Scrutiny fees paid Receipts email triggers Fire Officers. |
| 20.Fire Officer’s can maintain their remarks which can be viewable in “Remarks Log” in read only mode. |
| 21.Sanctioned Fire NOC prepared locally can be uploaded from “Upload Fire NOC” à Choose File. |
| 22.Fire Officer can upload plans from “Upload Plan” option. |
| 23.Click on “Upload” button. |
| 24.Finally “Submit” change form and then click on “Close” button. |
| 25.Update status “Approved by DFO/SO/ADFO/DY.CFO”. |
| 26.Fire NOC uploaded by Fire Officer will be attached against Fire NOC application and respective Health/Trade/Factory application number. |
| 27.On approval of fire NOC, email will be triggered to Citizen with NOC attachment Email will be triggered to MOH/Sr.Inspector/AE(B&F) |
| 28.If any changes in "Composition of Structure" then do Re-complinace. |
