On portal, utility engineer will access the online trenches application. 1) Trenches : New Layout (As per circular AMC/ES/076/II Dated 04.08.2015) |
2) Utility Engineer will fill the application details, upload the required documents online and generate the application number. |
3) The same application number email trigger to utility engineer and respective Ward AEM which is registered in SAP CRM system. |
4) MCGM AEM will assign this application number to respective MCGM JE/SE as per location. |
5) JE/SE will accept the application and update the status as Application Received |
6) JE/SE will do site inspection & fill the site visit checklist & Joint site visit checklist as per site inspection, update the status : Joint Site Inspection Done |
7) AEM will approve the application and update the status : Approved by AEM |
8) Ward officer will approve/reject the application & update the status : Approved by AC/Reject |
9) On Approved by AC status, Demand Note spool will be generated automatically from Schedule action |
10) On the same time Demand Note pdf format email trigger to respective utility engineer & MCGM engineer through system |
11) If application reject by AC, then application rejection email trigger to utility engineer & respective ward AEM. |
12) Utility company transfers the money from company personal account to respective ICICI wallet for the trenches payment. |
13) Utility Company (account staff) will login with their respective user id and password in MCGM portal |
14) Utility Company checks the application preview and then click on Payment button for online trenches payment After online successful payment, Receipt pdf soft copy email trigger to utility company and MCGM AEM. |
15) After email received for payment receipt, MCGM AEM will update the status “Payment Received & Post in FI” |
16) Once the payment done, AEM update the status Permit Letter for that respective application. |
17) System will trigger a email for Permit Letter pdf soft copy with respective AEM Scan Signature to Utility company and MCGM AEM. |
18) AEM have authority to allow changing the ‘Proposed date of starting’ and ‘proposed date of completion’ and updating status for trenches application as ‘Permit Letter' via link ‘Issue Permit Letter’. |
