1. Go to the MCGM Web site www.mcgm.gov.in/portal.mcgm.gov.in
2. For Business >> Apply - License >> Advertisement >> Form - Online
3. Fill the application form with mandatory fields >> Upload mandatory document >> Submit
4. Application number will be generated
5. Intimation mail trigger to Sr. Inspector and citizen on his register mobile
6. Sr. Inspector assign application to Advertisement inspector.
7. Advertisement inspector check attached document and inspect the site.
8. If document found ok then update status as "Document check - Verify". Other wise update status as "Document check - Not Correct"
9. On status "Document check - Not Correct" system trigger mail to citizen for document compliance.
10. If citizen not done document compliance within 15 days, then system auto cancelled the application.
11. If citizen upload correct document then system auto update status as "Document Upload".
12. On "Document Upload" status system trigger mail to Sr. Inspector license.
13. Advertisement inspecotr visit to site and update status as "Site Inspection Done"
14. Sr. Inspector update status as "Approved"
15. On "Approved" status system trigger mail to citizen for final payment.
16. Citizen has to make online final payment.
17. On successful payment system will generate receipt and certificate and sent to citizen in PDF format on his register email id.
