| IF citizen select New Permission option |
| • Citizen access online Ganesh/Navratri application on MCGM Portal site http://portal.mcgm.gov.in Path : On Portal for application Online Services Maintenance Ganesh/Navratri Mandap Application. |
| • Before applying for the Ganpati / Navratri Permission and citizen will download the Undertaking cum indemnity bond for Fire & Covid 19 on below mentioned path : Online Services Maintenance Ganpati/Navratri i) Undertaking cum Indemnity Bond of Fire for Ganpati/Navratri Mandap ii) Undertaking cum Indemnity Bond of Covid-19 for Ganpati/Navratri Mandap And then upload the same duly filled in and signed by the Chairman & Secretary of the Mandal bearing the stamp of the same. |
| • Citizen enter all details in application |
| • Citizen will attached required document |
| • Select respective Local police station & Traffic division Name from drop down list in application & generate the number |
| • Application number generation email trigger to citizen and respective ward AEM |
| • AEM assign this application to JE/SE |
| • JE/SE submit the checklist and update the status Document Received |
| • After Document Received he will update the status “Documents Verified” and forward to AEM. |
| • AEM will Approve or Reject the application. |
| • Then AEM will forward the application to Local Police Station and Traffic Division on status “ Fwd to FTP” |
| • After update the status “Fwd to FTP” number will display in respective Local Police Station & Traffic Division login ID. |
| • They will check the application in his login and approve or reject the same with remarks. |
| • On approval or rejection mail trigger to citizen and respective ward AEM with remarks. |
| • After approved by both systems will auto update the status Approved by FTP. Auto mail trigger to respective ward AEM. |
| • On approved by Local police station or traffic division AEM forwarded the application to ward officer for final approval. |
| • AC will approved the application |
| • On approval of AC, system will trigger the email to citizen & respective ward AEM, with Permission attachment in pdf format. IF citizen select Old Permission option |
| • Citizen access online Ganesh/Navratri application on MCGM Portal site http://portal.mcgm.gov.in Path : On Portal for application Online Services Maintenance Ganesh/Navratri Mandap Application. |

| • Citizen selects Old Permission option and enters old permission number. |
| • System will auto fetch all the details of application as per entered in old permission number except Mandap, Gate & Duration. |
| • Citizen will attached required document. |
| • Application number generation email trigger to citizen and respective ward AEM |
| • JE/SE submit the checklist and update the status Document Received |
| • After Document Received he will update the status “Documents Verified” and forward to AEM. |
| • AEM will Approve or Reject the application. |
| • After approved by AEM forwarded the application to ward officer for final approval. |
| • No need of Police & Traffic approval. |
| • AC will approved the application |
| • On approval of AC, system will trigger the email to citizen & respective ward AEM, with Permission attachment in pdf format. |
